Convening and Facilitation
Good process doesn't get in the way of the conversation. It's what makes the conversation possible.
WHAT WE DO
We design and hold spaces where difficult things can be said, heard, and acted on. That includes strategic retreats, decision-making sessions, multi-stakeholder consultations, conflict and repair processes, and any gathering where the relationships in the room are as consequential as the agenda.
Our facilitators bring structure without rigidity. We read what's happening beneath the surface and adjust in real time, so the conversation goes where it needs to rather than where it's easiest to take it. We handle the process so your leadership can stay present to the substance.
WHO IT’S FOR
Leadership teams facing decisions that will shape the organization for years. Boards working through misalignment. Cross-sector tables where trust is thin and the agenda is dense. Teams coming through conflict, transition, or sustained pressure. And organizations that simply want their meetings and working sessions to produce something real. If you need a room full of people to think clearly together, this is what we do.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
-
Before anyone's in the room, we work with the sponsoring leader to understand what the group actually needs, what's been tried, what's unspoken, and what a successful outcome looks like.
-
Every session is designed around the specific decision, relationship, or inflection point at hand. We don't reuse agendas. The design reflects what this group needs to move.
-
Where trust or clarity is low, we create conditions for honest input before the formal work begins. That might mean individual conversations, anonymous mapping, or facilitated small-group work ahead of a plenary.
-
We hold plenary sessions, working groups, and breakouts, reading the room throughout and adjusting the process when the energy or the conversation shifts.
-
When repair is part of the work, we bring a structured approach to difficult conversations: clear roles, ground rules, and a process that lets people say what needs to be said without things breaking down.
-
We document what was decided, what was surfaced, and what comes next. For longer engagements, we stay close through implementation to make sure the momentum holds.
