Systemic Change Consulting
Most change efforts stall at the edges. We work from the centre out, aligning the people, decisions, and conditions that determine whether change actually lands.
WHAT WE DO
We partner with organizations navigating complex, high-stakes change, from strategy through implementation. That means diagnosing what's actually driving the problem, designing for the whole system rather than isolated parts, and staying close enough to course-correct when conditions shift. Every engagement is built for the specific context. We don't bring a pre-packaged methodology and fit your situation into it.
Our work spans strategic planning, organizational design, stakeholder alignment, policy-to-practice translation, and long-term change management. We're often brought in when previous efforts haven't held, when the stakes are too high for a generic approach, or when leadership needs a thought partner willing to say what's true.
WHO ITS FOR
We work with municipal, provincial, and federal government; First Nations and Indigenous-led organizations; health authorities and social services; education institutions; nonprofits and foundations; and organizations navigating significant internal change. The common thread isn't sector. It's complexity, and a leadership team willing to do the work.
-
Municipal, provincial, state, federal, and Crown agencies. We work at the intersection of policy and delivery, where direction is set at one level and felt at another.
-
First Nations, Métis, and Inuit-led organizations where change must be co-designed to respect rights, relationships, and context. This work requires a different pace and a different kind of accountability, and we take that seriously.
-
Companies, firms, credit unions, insurers, and regulators navigating internal transformation, culture change, or significant shifts in how work gets done.
-
Charities, foundations, advocacy groups, and social service organizations managing strategy, governance, or the gap between mission and capacity.
